Return & Refund Policy – Trendymiral

At Trendymiral, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🔄 Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Certain items (e.g. personal care, underwear, sale items) may be non-returnable for hygiene or clearance reasons.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

🔁 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at infotrendymiral@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or sent in error.

  • Please contact us before sending anything back to receive return instructions.
